Frequently Asked Questions

     When will Rynn's Adventure be available for purchase?

          "Rynn's Adventure: Trouble in the Enchanted Forest" is available for the following systems:

          Nintendo Wii U as of May 26th 2016 - http://www.nintendo.com/games/detail/rynns-adventure-trouble-in-the-enchanted-forest-wii-u
          Steam (PC/Mac) as of March 31st 2016 - http://store.steampowered.com/app/420500/

          Availability for Xbox One should be soon, with PS4 and other systems to be determined.

Known Technical Issues

     (Wii U) - External hard drives causing low frame rate / laggy controls

          We are aware of an issue that exists while using some external hard drives on the Wii U version of Rynn's Adventure. If the issue occurs with your specific external hard drive, the frame rate will slow significantly during gameplay. As a temporary solution, while we create a patch, please ensure that the game and save data are running from the internal Wii U memory. You can learn how to do this by following the steps listed on Nintendo's help page - Here

     (Wii U) - Control of Rynn is locked out during gameplay

          This issue can occur very rarely if you are hit by an enemy and bring up the in game navigation/pause menu at the same time, and then select Stages to return to the stage select, after which you choose a stage to play and upon entering the stage find that Rynn will not respond to controls. This is caused because the game thinks that you are still in the pause menu. As a temporary solution, while we create a patch, simply bring up the in game navigation/pause menu again and chose "Resume".
